Balavihar Teachers

CMDFW is very privileged to have a dedicated group of almost 200 Balavihar sevaks and sevikas, who form the cornerstone of our successful Balavihar program. Every weekend on Saturday and Sunday over 800 children come to Saaket and the satellite center in Coppell/Flower Mound to explore and imbibe the richness and diversity of our Hindu religion and culture. They are greeted and guided by these smiling faces, some of whom you can see in these pictures :

The teachers have many opportunities for their own personal growth through regular satsangs and Teacher Training Sessions under the guidance of our Resident Acharya, Brahmachari Uddhav Chaitanya. They have a Resource Center that houses reference materials that are available for borrowing. And, of course, Swamiji is always available to answer questions and provide guidance to the teachers and students alike!

In addition to teaching grades Kindergarten through 12, teachers also offer classes in dance, music, regional languages including Hindi, Gita chanting and much more…

Please contact the Balavihar coordinators if you would like to join this group of dedicated sevaks and sevikas.
