Please make note of the following for the registration process:

• All current members are requested to register your child(ren) on the designated dates for your center in order to guarantee a seat for the next school year.
• Registration will be open after the opening prayers in each session at both the Saaket and CFM centers on the designated dates.
• All sessions are currently at full capacity. No one will be allowed to switch sessions this year. You can only register for the session that your child(ren) are attending currently.
• Please come prepared with cash or checks to speed up the process (make checks payable to CMDFW. Remember to include the child’s full name on the check). As always, full payment is appreciated.
• New students will be accepted for the KG class only starting from Saturday, May 17 th 2008 at CFM and Sunday, May 18 th 2008 at Saaket.
• After May 18 th 2008 , only mail-in registrations will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Any seats left vacant after May 18 th will be available for new members. For mail-in registration (both centers), please mail completed form with payment to: Chinmaya Saaket; 17701 Davenport Road; Dallas Texas 75252 . Form will be available for download on Sunday, May 18 th, 2008.
• CMDFW may consider starting a 4 th session if there is enough demand for Balavihar classes. If you are new to Chinmaya Mission and would like to enroll your child in Balavihar, please send an email to registration@chinmayasaaket.org, stating the preferred day (Sat/Sun) and time you would like to attend.

Balavihar fees are as follows:

• 1 child: $300 full payment (includes registration fee)
• $200 half payment (includes registration fee; $100 due in Jan 2009)
• More than one child: $450 full payment (includes registration fee)
• $300 half payment (includes registration fee; $150 due in Jan 2009)

Rules implemented by CMDFW Board starting in 2008-09:

• All members must sign the waiver form during registration. Forms will be made available during registration.
• Outstanding balances for the 2007-08 school year must be cleared before registration will be accepted for the next year.
• Children are expected to attend the classes regularly. If a child misses 3 or more consecutive classes without notice to teachers, the administration will be notified to take action. In the past, some children have registered, but have not been attending the classes regularly. A number of children have been turned down because of the high number of children registered in each session. To avoid any inconvenience, please notify your child’s teacher ASAP if your child is not able to attend class for any reason.
• Refunds of registration payments will be honored only if the request is made within 30 days of the start of the session.  No refunds will be made after 30 days have elapsed.  There will be no exception to this rule.
