As a response to the overwhelming support offered by the D/FW community during the Open House at Chinmaya Chitrakoot on Aug. 21 & 22, 2010, we are pleased to announce that we will now offer two Balavihar sessions under the guidance of Brahmachari Uddhav Chaitanya, our resident Acharya of Chinmaya Mission D/FW. Balavihar classes have resumed, but it is never too late to partake the value-based education offered at the Chinmaya Mission centers. Register online to attend either session C1 on Sundays from 9 to 10:30 AM or session C2 on Saturday from 3:30 to 5:00 PM and join us every weekend as a part of this dynamic growth.

Chinmaya Chitrakoot was officially inaugurated on May 8, 2010 by Brahmachari Uddhav Chaitanya. Conveniently located in Irving, the Vedantic learning center is a 22,000 square foot building with an inbuilt auditorium, 24 class rooms for conducting Balavihar classes and study groups, library.

There are plenty of classes and activities to suit everyone's needs. In addition to the Balavihar program, we also conduct cultural classes for the children such as, music, languages including Telugu, Malayalam Hindi, Gujarati classes, Slokathon and Gita chanting. Our Acharya conducts several classes during the week, as well as monthly jnana yajnas. We also celebrate all major festivals and events like Sivaratri, Ramanavami, Janmashtmi, Gurudev's Jayanti and Aradhana.

Monthly Activities:

Lalitha Sahasranamam: 1st Friday of every month at 7.30 PM.

Vishnu Sahasranamam: 2nd Thursday of every month at 7.30 PM.

Bhajan: 3rd Friday of every month at 7.30 PM.

Hanuman Chalisa: Last Tuesday of every month at 7.30 PM.
